Litigation Paralegal (Bilingual English/Spanish)

A growing and highly respected personal injury law firm in South Miami is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key role in helping clients navigate the litigation process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess the ability to manage cases from inception through trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
• Draft, file, and track pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents
• Assist attorneys with litigation support and trial preparation
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines are met
• Provide translation and interpretation support for Spanish-speaking clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury law
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of Florida litigation procedures and court filings
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and client service skills
