Experience: Minimum of 1 year of continuous clinical experience required

License: Radiation Therapist State License required

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred

Clienttion Therapy (ARRT-T) preferred

Must-Have: Education: Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy required or Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy preferred

Description: Demonstrate efficient knowledge of all equipment operation, tools, and procedures specific to assigned area. Effectively troubleshoot issues as they arise. Establish and maintain effective interpersonal professional relationships with physicians, management, peers, patients, and their families. Demonstrate strong customer service skills, including the ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking, and creativity when resolving issues and conflict. Handle sensitive and confidential patient information with discretion. Be proficient in the use of Radiation Therapy Information Systems and software. Integrate with Client Information Systems that relate to the Department of Radiation Therapy. Familiarity with systems such as ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, and Eclipse is preferred.
