Store Operations Lead — Assistant Manager

Ross Stores, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise associates, and ensure adherence to company standards on customers, merchandising, and loss prevention. You will help with scheduling, training, performance feedback, and executing company best practices to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
