Assistant Project Manager II - Multifamily Construction A growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Superintendent to lead multifamily construction projects in the Greenville, SC market. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who has experience managing complex projects and is interested in expanding their career within the commercial construction space. Candidates coming from residential construction, high-volume homebuilding, hospitality, or other related construction environments are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of projects, enjoys leading teams in the field, and has a strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams Review plans, specifications, and project documentation Identify and resolve project challenges proactively Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders Qualifications: 3+ years of construction project management or superintendent experience Experience managing residential, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, or similar projects Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating field operations Why Consider This Opportunity?
