All-Source Intelligence Analyst

Overview Position: All-Source Intelligence Analyst Location: Tampa, FL Job Id: 1997-OAMS - 25P-MO-933 # of Openings: 1 Job Objective Under a five-year contract, the All-Source Intelligence Analyst will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope includes professional services for MARCENT located aboard MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida. The All-Source Intelligence Analyst will support the Intelligence Directorate (G-2) within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The G-2 provides timely, accurate, and relevant multi-discipline, multi-function intelligence support tailored to the USCENTCOM AOR for the COMUSMARCENT, staff and subordinate units to assist in decision making and staff actions. MARCENT G-2 coordinates with Higher, adjacent, and relevant supporting agencies. Responsibilities Provide all-source intelligence analysis services at the expert proficiency level Execute services and handle transactions using MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, M3, TAC, HOTr, Google Earth, Analyst Notebook, and Palantir Provide all-source analysis tailored intelligence products and assist with editing, processing, releasing, and posting finished products Review, collate, correlate, corroborate, analyze, and maintain a wide variety of all-source intelligence reports/data from a wide variety of DoD, Interagency, and Allied/Coalition organizations Provide near-term and current analysis on regional terrorist organizations, Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO), illicit networks, insurgent groups, and related activities within the CENTCOM AOR Compile foundational data and conduct near-term and long-term analysis of socio-cultural dynamics, tribal analysis, geospatial behavior, and interrelationships of key social groups in the CENTCOM AOR Education & Certification Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas Must meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements per OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01 and Air Force Manual 17-1301 Must complete an in-scope (per current DoD 6-year reinvestigation requirement), favorable, ST5 investigation (to include SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in the DoD CE/CV program), adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD CAF without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance and maintain security for the life of the contract Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance Higher education degree in Intelligence, Information Science, Geospatial Science, or related field preferred Experience Required Experience providing all-source intelligence services from a wide variety of DoD, Interagency, and Allied/Coalition organizations preferred Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, M3, TAC, HOTr, Google Earth, Analyst Notebook, and Palantir preferred Strong writing, analytical, and reading skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate Five years' military experience Security Clearance Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance Work Location & Travel Location: MARCENT, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida Travel: Contractor personnel must support travel in support of government requirements to the MARCENT AOR and supporting locations, which includes multiple countries. Ability to travel on short notice is desired to support personnel recovery and forward-deployed forces. Ability to execute OCONUS travel throughout the CENTCOM AOR is preferred.
