We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to grow private event business for an upscale hospitality and entertainment operation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on sales and event management position for a professional who can generate new business, convert inquiries into bookings, and coordinate exceptional events from initial planning through execution.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly organized, creative, and comfortable collaborating with culinary, service, and entertainment teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate new event business through prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
• Manage inbound inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close bookings.
• Develop event packages and customized offerings that meet client needs.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and event management process.
• Coordinate event logistics with culinary, beverage, service, and entertainment teams.
• Oversee client communication and event execution.
• Develop repeat business through corporate accounts, event planners, and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing to support event sales initiatives.
• Track bookings, sales activity, and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event sales, private dining, catering sales, or related hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success generating event revenue and meeting sales goals.
• Established DFW business relationships strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating events within restaurants, hospitality venues, or entertainment environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or event management systems.
• Flexibility to work on-site and attend events as needed.
