The Reproductive Medicine Group is a member of The Prelude Network, a leader in treatment for infertility. We are seeking an RN  ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) Third Party Nurse Coordinator for our Tampa office.  The Third-Party Reproductive Nurse Coordinator supports patients and gestational carriers/donors throughout the fertility treatment process, serving as a key point of coordination between patients, clinical teams, and outside agencies. This role helps ensure clear communication, timely care coordination, and a compassionate experience throughout the third-party reproduction journey.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am- 5:15pm. This position will be hybrid once training period is over (which could be up to 6 months). 

Key Job Duties:

• Coordinate care for patients pursuing donor egg, donor sperm, embryo donation, or gestational carrier treatment.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, intended parents, gestational carriers, donors, and third-party agencies.

• Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, testing, medications, and clinical requirements with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team.

• Communicate treatment timelines, instructions, and next steps while ensuring patients understand their care plans.

• Collaborate with outside agencies, attorneys, reproductive endocrinologists, and other providers to facilitate timely completion of required documentation and medical clearance.

• Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment milestones, follow-up needs, and outstanding clinical requirements through each phase of care.  

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED, and a current, valid Florida Nursing License - RN Registered Nurse
• Professional, Courteous and Compassionate
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Women’s Health or Infertility Background highly desired but willing to train enthusiastic, highly motivated RN.
