The Nut House Pub & Grille at 295 S Water St, Kent, OH 44240 is hiring a Restaurant Manager to work directly with ownership overseeing day-to-day operations, coaching team members, analyzing sales and labor numbers, and managing events and promotions. Pay is $45,000–$65,000/year, full-time.

What you'll do:
- Work directly with ownership overseeing day-to-day operations
- Manage events and promotions
- Actively coach and develop team members
- Focus on cleanliness standards
- Analyze sales and labor numbers
- Maintain proficient knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- Execute steps of service standards
What you'll need:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience
- 3 years of management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
Nice to have:
- 3+ years of bartending experience
