Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individualized therapy sessions to address diverse mental health concerns, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.

• Facilitating couples counseling to improve communication and resolve conflicts, while offering tools for building healthier relationships.

• Working with families to identify and address underlying issues impacting family dynamics, thereby promoting positive interactions and improved relationships.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and needs, regularly reviewing progress to adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
