Product Marketing Manager* Alpina (Weiße Farben)

Das erwartet dich: Du führst Marktforschungen durch und beobachtest Mitbewerberaktivitäten, um Chancen und Risiken im Produktportfolio Weiße Farben zu identifizieren. Du analysierst Portfolio- und Kundenentwicklungen und leitest daraus Weiterentwicklungen bestehender Sortimente und Vermarktungskonzepte ab. Du steuerst interne wie externe Schnittstellen und arbeitest eng mit unserem Vertriebsteam zusammen, um Marktbedürfnisse in konkrete Produktangebote umzusetzen. Du bewertest das Potenzial für neue Produkte und schließt Marktlücken durch gezielte strategische Produkteinführungen. Du entwickelst komplette Produktkonzepte und deren Markteinführung bis hin zu Platzierungsmaßnahmen für den PointofSale sowie Online Kanälen. Du setzt Marketingpläne um, um definierte Ziele zu erreichen und die Sichtbarkeit der Produkte zu erhöhen. Du analysierst und steuerst Marketingaktivitäten anhand relevanter KPIs und stellst so den Erfolg Deiner Sortimente am Markt sicher. Das bringst du mit: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich. Du besitzt mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing oder Produktmanagement, idealerweise in einem Markenartikel-Unternehmen und verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse im Trade Marketing. Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und Trends und erste Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsteams Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dich eigenständig und lösungsorientiert in neue Themenkomplexe einzuarbeiten. Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit ERP-/PIM-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint. Du zeichnest dich aus durch die Fähigkeit,deine Mitmenschen zumotivieren und Begeisterung zu entfachen. Dukommunizierstverhandlungssicherauf Deutsch und Englisch. (*) Bei DAW zählt der Mensch.
