Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical CareShift InformationShift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)Start Date: ASAPRequired Certifications and LicensesCurrent RN license in New Mexico or current Compact state licenseCurrent BLS Certification from AHACurrent ACLS Certification from AHACurrent TNCC CertificationResponsibilitiesMeet expectations of the applicable competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families accordingly.Administer medications and treatments per established protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers, identifying pertinent issues and resources.Job RequirementsEducation and SkillsBachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferredExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant nursing specialty preferredLicenses, Registrations, or CertificationsBLS requiredACLS requiredTNCC requiredCurrent RN License in the state of employment or compactWork ScheduleFull Time, Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)Client Details State NM
