Job Description & Requirements Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School – (SLP – School) Start Date: 8/17/2026 | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2308.00 - $2451.00 AMN is partnering with a school district in the Denver Metro Area to find in‑person Speech Language Pathologists for the 26/27 school year. The district values the skills of contracted SLPs and supports them as part of the team. You will manage an average caseload of 50 students while benefiting from a workload model that ensures efficiency and balance. The district accommodates preferred location requests and age/grade level interests, providing personalization and flexibility. You will be supported by an expansive team that includes a Team Lead, a specialized bilingual assessment group for Spanish‑speaking students, and many resources to ease your work. The district celebrates achievements through social gatherings and encourages connection across activities. The union rules respect professional boundaries by exempting you from extra duties like recess, lunch duty, or subbing for paras. Required Qualifications Speech/Language Pathologist, School Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics Strong knowledge of Speech and Language Development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations Facility Location Denver is a destination for travel health care professionals with a friendly ambiance, Rocky Mountain backdrop, and big city attractions.
