Payments Digital & Design Product Manager, VP (Client Onboarding)

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a relevant domain
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Expertise in payments, such as transaction banking, treasury, or commercial payments, with a strong understanding of payments workflows and client needs in digital channels
• Ability to translate complex payments data into clear client-facing insights and recommended actions within digital payment portals
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including executive-ready storytelling and the ability to align stakeholders on portfolio priorities and trade-offs
• Ability to own a multi-year product vision and turn it into executable quarterly plans
• Experience delivering outcomes in a regulated environment and partnering effectively with controls and compliance stakeholders on digital products
• Preferred: Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Preferred: Experience leading client-facing insights, analytics, or alerting products at a fintech or major financial services institution
• Preferred: Experience building AI-driven insights and actionable recommendations for digital payment portals

• Develop a product strategy and vision that deliver value to customers
• Lead discovery and market research to identify customer needs and incorporate solutions into the product roadmap
• Own, maintain, and develop the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Establish and track key product success measures, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Lead commercial payments insights delivered to clients through digital channels and payment portals
• Define a multi-year strategy and roadmap for the insights portfolio, including prioritization, business cases, and alignment with executive stakeholders
• Partner with channel product teams and stakeholders to ensure insights are useful, compliant, and delivered through a high-quality client experience
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, operations, data and platform partners, and controls; resolve dependencies and drive launches
