Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a closely related domain
• We have advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
• We have a strong record of leading product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, requirements definition, and value realization
• We bring 5+ years of product management experience, including platform product management
• We have proven ability to maintain and prioritize backlogs, and to write clear requirements, epics, and user stories
• We use data analytics to build and prioritize backlogs in a disciplined, evidence-based way
• We work proactively and independently, while collaborating effectively across functions
• We have strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• We adapt quickly to shifting priorities and can manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• We are customer-focused and can translate insights into action
• We have strong stakeholder management skills across product, technology, agile, design, and data teams, and we can support delivery planning within an agile framework

• We establish the framework for tracking success metrics such as cost, feature performance, risk posture, and reliability
• We identify new platform opportunities through user research and discovery that reflect customer and market demand
• We consider upstream and downstream impacts of new platform features on the end-to-end product experience
• We keep a forward-looking backlog, publish quarterly roadmaps and summaries, and write requirements, epics, and user stories
• We drive end-to-end product delivery, including intake, dependency management, release planning, operationalization, feasibility decisions, and performance reporting
• We partner with engineering and architecture to design solutions and take a platform- and capability-first approach
• We coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, controls, and compliance requirements
• We analyze product and platform metrics, use insights to shape backlog and roadmap decisions, and create presentations and documentation for senior leadership
