Summary Whitecap Search is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiter. This role involves managing the retrieval and processing of utility invoices through vendor portals, ensuring timely and accurate invoice delivery into internal systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account reconciliation, vendor management, and process improvement. Job Function Manage the retrieval and processing of utility invoices through vendor portals. Ensure timely and accurate invoice delivery into internal systems. Maintain vendor portal access, including account setup, credential management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Reconcile utility accounts and invoice data, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partner with Accounts Payable, Treasury, and divisional teams to support invoice processing, payment inquiries, and program implementation efforts. Monitor and support the Utility Automation Program by identifying workflow issues, maintaining data integrity, and driving process improvements. Job Requirements 2 years of experience in similar roles.
