An internationally recognized Brazilian steakhouse is opening a brand-new restaurant in Peoria, AZ , and we’re hiring our founding team!

Join us from the beginning and help bring exceptional hospitality, authentic Brazilian cuisine, and a memorable dining experience to the Durham community.

We’re hiring Front of House Team Members for a variety of positions. Whether you’re an experienced restaurant professional or starting your first hospitality job, we’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic people who enjoy working with others and making guests feel welcome.

You’ll receive paid, hands-on training and support from experienced restaurant leaders as we prepare for opening day.

Now Interviewing For

• Servers – Hourly pay plus participation in the tip pool
• Bartenders – Prepare and serve beverages while delivering outstanding guest service
• Hosts / Hostesses – Welcome guests, coordinate seating, and create a positive first impression
• Bussers – Support dining room operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Dessert Attendants – Assist guests with dessert selections and provide attentive service
• Market Table Attendants – Maintain our gourmet salad bar and ensure an exceptional presentation and guest experience

Compensation & Training

• Competitive compensation based on position and experience
• Tip-pool opportunities for eligible positions
• Full-time earning potential of $45,000–$80,000+ annually , depending on position, experience, hours worked, and tip earnings
• Paid training to help you prepare for your role and opening day

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
• Willingness to learn and follow restaurant service standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required for all positions
