Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid teaching credential in Special Education
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow educators and support staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and flexible in adapting to students’ individual needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to students' unique abilities
- Manage and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with families, administrators, and paraprofessionals to provide comprehensive support
- Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and modifications
- Monitor progress and adjust teaching approaches as necessary
- Foster an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and communication
