Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

- Ability to adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet individual learning requirements
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver differentiated instruction in resource, self-contained, or inclusive classroom settings
- Assess student needs and progress, maintaining detailed records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support plans
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages social and academic growth
- Participate in professional development and faculty meetings as required
