Sales Manager

The QTI Group is partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company in southern Wisconsin to hire a Sales Manager. This leadership role will drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help shape the organization's long-term sales strategy. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Sales Manager will oversee customer accounts, support business development efforts, and lead a small sales support team.This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and making a meaningful impact within a growing manufacturing organization.Pay & Schedule:Competitive salary starting at $100,000 annually, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.Additional earning potential through KPI, EBITDA, and equity bonus programs. Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility around standard business hours.Primarily onsite role with occasional work-from-home flexibility.Up to 20% domestic travel for customer visits, trade shows, and business development activities.Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and secure new business opportunities.Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts.Conduct customer meetings, presentations, business reviews, and facility tours.Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.Manage customer pricing initiatives, negotiations, and profitability analysis.Partner with operations, accounting, quality, and product development teams to support customer needs and growth initiatives.Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic business plans.Support customer-driven product development projects and new product launches.Supervise and support a Customer Service Representative and Sales Support Specialist.Track sales activity and opportunities through CRM systems and reporting tools.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experienceExperience within food manufacturing, food ingredients, dairy, or consumer packaged goods industries strongly preferred.Proven success developing and maintaining customer relationships.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and business development activities. #MMAS
