What You'll Do

• Discover and source prospective healthcare candidates using our innovative platform along with your own connections
• Engage potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
• Regularly follow up with leads to keep their interest alive and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on successful meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires finalized from your outreach

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• A proactive and self-starting attitude you set the rhythm of your day
• A genuine enthusiasm for outreach, connection, and guiding people towards their career advancements
• No previous recruitment experience required if you're resourceful and organized, we're here to assist you in learning everything else

How You'll Be Paid

This is a commission-only position based on your performance. There is no limit to your earning potential your success knows no boundaries.
