Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening

* Follow up with leads to sustain engagement and guide them through the hiring process

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your outreach
