Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform and your network
• Connect with candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interests
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and assist their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on set meetings, conducted interviews, and hires from your leads

Requirements for Success

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• An independent and highly motivated attitude you direct your agenda, not the other way around

Compensation Structure
