ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Performs all cooking functions to prepare daily menus. Butcher all meats and fish. Work omelet/carver station. Maintain clean and orderly work areas. Formulate recipes for soups, sauces, and specials. Other duties may be assigned.
