Sun Design Remodeling Specialists is seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter with at least three years of professional carpentry experience to join our Production team.We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling and are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and understands the importance of providing an exceptional experience for homeowners.What Youll DoPerform residential framing, trim, finish carpentry, and general remodeling workComplete demolition, installation, repairs, and punch-list itemsRead and follow construction drawings, specifications, and project plansInstall doors, windows, cabinets, moldings, and other building componentsWork collaboratively with Project Managers, Lead Carpenters, trade partners, and other team membersMaintain clean, organized, and safe jobsitesProtect clients homes and personal property throughout constructionCommunicate professionally with homeowners and coworkersIdentify potential problems and help develop practical solutionsFollow company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standardsWhat Were Looking ForMinimum of three years of professional carpentry or residential remodeling experienceExperience with framing, trim, finish carpentry, and general constructionAbility to read plans, take accurate measurements, and perform construction-related calculationsWorking knowledge of residential building methods and materialsAbility to safely operate hand tools and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipDependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a teamProfessional and respectful when working in occupied homesValid drivers license and reliable transportationAbility to lift construction materials and perform the physical duties of the positionExperience in high-end residential remodeling is preferred but not requiredWhy Join Sun Design?At Sun Design, we believe great remodeling begins with great people.
