Your Role and Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care plans

• Guiding patients and their families in prevention, health promotion, and disease management

• Accurately documenting all patient information within electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Tennessee
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or relevant specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
