What You Bring to the Table



• The Essentials: You are 18+, have a High School diploma/G.E.D., and possess (or can grab) a Food Handler Card.
• The Track Record: You have 1–3 years of restaurant or customer service management experience. You’ve already proven you can handle a shift, and you're hungry for more responsibility.
• The Tech & Communication Skills: You are comfortable with tech essentials (Word, Excel, Outlook) and know how to communicate clearly, resolve conflict smoothly, and keep a team motivated.
• The Grit: You are ready to crush a dynamic weekly schedule (including nights and weekends). You thrive on your feet, love a high-energy environment, and can lift up to 40 lbs when stocking up.
