The nurse is a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing essential skills in patient care. Candidates may be required to float within the same discipline across different units. Local candidates are not allowable; all candidates must meet distance requirements. The position involves working in a dynamic environment with the responsibility of delivering safe, high-quality care. Every third weekend will be required. Experience in high-risk scenarios is essential for this role. The work environment requires adaptability and comfort in floating to different units as needed.
