What You’ll Do: Help children build strength, coordination, and confidence through fun, play-based therapy sessions Design individualized treatment plans that align with physician guidance and family goals Use creative, functional activities to promote mobility and independence Partner with families to teach home exercise routines and adaptive strategies that keep progress going Work hand-in-hand with our incredible team of OTs, SLPs, and PTAs to provide comprehensive, child-centered care Keep documentation clear and up to date in our simple, user-friendly EMR system What You’ll Need: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Texas PTA license or eligibility to obtain one Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Genuine passion for helping children and families through compassionate, family-focused care Why Join Sonrisas Therapies?
