As a Cook with our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of meals for our residents and guests. You will be part of a dynamic kitchen team that is committed to providing high-quality food and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Ensure all food is prepared and served safely and in a timely manner

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies

• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to plan and implement menus

• Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory

• Participate in menu planning and specials preparation

• Cook duties may include but are not limited to: cooking, baking, and food preparation

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and recipes accurately

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
