Job Description

Dominick's Pizzeria is looking for an experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join our team. We are a busy, family-owned Italian restaurant committed to serving high-quality food and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
Set up and stock cooking stations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service.
Help with food prep, inventory rotation, and cleaning duties.
Ensure every dish is prepared with consistency and attention to detail.

Requirements

Previous line cook experience is required.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends .
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Dominick’s Pizzeria and Ristorante is a friendly family-owned and operate business since 1984 in West Dundee. Our setting is warm and cozy, with traditional southern italian cusine. We serve domestic and italian beer & wine. For starters, experience our Caprese Salad, Bruscetta or Calamari. Take in a Antipasto Salad, or try our Veal Scallopini. All our Pasta’s and Entrees are served with soup or salad and fresh baked bread with olive oil and parmesan cheese. Complete your dining Experience with our home made Tirimisu or fresh filled Cannoli along with an Espresso.
