Relationship Manager I - Business Banking

Position Overview As a Relationship Manager within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in Westlakes – Berwyn, PA. The role focuses on managing and growing a book of business by evolving client relationships to increase sales, revenue, and market share. Key Responsibilities Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. Works with clients of basic risk and complexity, generally under higher supervision. Acquires, expands, and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Handles origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services. Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients. Actively identifies and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Provides ideas and insights based on the client's needs and financial well‑being to increase engagement and loyalty. Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships (community, industry) to acquire new clients and expand existing ones. Presents the full range of PNC's products and services, leveraging reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities. Analyzes, evaluates, and mitigates credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
