Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Current and valid SLP license (state-specific or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with IEPs and therapy documentation in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual therapy modalities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnostics for students with communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver direct therapy sessions—onsite or virtually—adapting instructional methods to student needs
- Maintain accurate records and comply with federal, state, and district special education guidelines
- Consult with teachers and caregivers, providing strategies to generalize speech/language skills across contexts
