\nWe are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to assist with the maturing of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) efforts. Work will primarily involve the development, deployment, and maintenance of CMDB integrations and ServiceNow discovery schedules in coordination with service providers to improve the quality of the CMDB in support of ZTA goals. In particular, the engineers will populate ZTA relevant attributes on Configuration Items (CIs).\n

\nThis involves:\n
\n

\n
• General understanding of IT and related device types (servers, routers, cloud, etc.)
  
\n
• Understanding of configuration item data sources
  
\n
• Working with other CMDB stakeholders to ensure data integrity
  
\n
• Creating and scheduling necessary discovery jobs
  
\n
• Maintaining and updating integrations, as needed, to accommodate data source changes
  
\n
• Supporting ZTA tasks by providing Customer management required information to support basic and intermediate evolutions
  
\n

Required Education, Experience, & Skills \n
\n

\n
• Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience and a Bachelors or Masters degree
\n
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Integration Hub, and Custom Development
\n
• Ability to Customize and configure ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules
\n
• Ability to Configure Application UI and Configure Workflow to include integration and discovery in support of ZTA efforts
\n
• Capable of building integrations utilizing REST/SOAP web services, JDBC/SQL
\n
• Understanding of JSON and XML data formats
\n
• Understanding of basic ZTA principles
\n
• Experience working as part of an Agile team utilizing JIRA to demonstrate completed work within sprints
\n

Pay Information \n
\nFull-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035\n
\n
\nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. \n
