Accounting Specialist
Position OverviewArdent is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our growing accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely cash flow. You will work closely with the sales team and customers to maintain strong financial operations and relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and confident in communicating with both internal teams and external clients.

- Generate and verify customer invoices for accuracy
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and track outstanding payments
- Communicate with customers to confirm payment details and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Apply and reconcile incoming payments
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Prepare reports on receivables, collections, and resolved issues
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
