As a Security Officer supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This primarily driving role requires a valid driver's license and offers the opportunity to represent Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative approach while working with integrity and teamwork.

Job Schedule:

DayTime Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of telecommunications and technology facilities, access points, equipment areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access activity, visitor and contractor movement, and alarm or surveillance systems in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and unusual activity through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
