Fulton Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced RN who is looking for career growth within a skilled nursing facility. As the ADON, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will:

• Coordinate and oversee comprehensive nursing care.
• Implement specialized procedures and programs to enhance resident outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Managers to set and achieve goals.
• Maintain compliance with operational policies, state, and federal regulations.

• Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Actively participate in the nursing home survey process.
• Oversee infection control and quality assurance programs.
• Supervise, educate, and train nursing personnel.
• Develop and organize in-service and training programs.

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Team-oriented with strong leadership skills.
• Infection Prevention experience preferred.
• Experience in training and educating others is a plus.
