Nurse Practitioner

About the Role Full‑time outpatient Nurse Practitioner position. 100% outpatient, no call. Scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm. Key Responsibilities Provide patient care to a Medicare Advantage population (12‑18 patients daily, including walk‑ins). Deliver culturally sensitive care to predominantly Spanish‑speaking patients. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with scope of practice requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care. Qualifications MSN degree, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. Minimum 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary‑care setting. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken). Must live within 30 minutes of the clinic location. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonuses. $1,500 annual CME allowance. 4 weeks paid time off (PTO). Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
