The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, particularly in high-risk cases. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience (within the last 3 years)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- More than 5 years of recent experience (within the last 2 years) in Labor and Delivery
- 1 year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years
- High-risk obstetrics (OB) experience preferred
- Clinical expertise in labor and delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
