Regional Sales Director

We have an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Director (RSD) with a US-based manufacturer of skin substitute/tissue products. Working under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, the RSD will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the sales direction to ensure revenue and profit goals are achieved. Compensation: Base: $170,000 - $200,000 Commissions: $60K OTE Additional 15% (of base) paid in MBO's Total Comp: $240K - $280K Full benefits package and 401(k) with match Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or Life Sciences, required. Master's degree in business administration or related field, preferred. 5 years' experience managing sales teams in the following industries: wound care, surgical, biotechnology, and/or tissue segment of the health care industry. 5 years managing sales teams in the surgical industry, preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
