High Reach Forklift Operator

We are looking for experienced forklift operators who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating stand-up and high-reach forklifts, moving merchandise throughout the facility, identifying and labeling products, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This position requires previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to meet productivity and quality expectations.

Skills and Experience

• Forklift Experience: Prior forklift operating experience is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of recent work experience required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Equipment Experience: Must have experience operating stand-up and high-reach forklifts.
• Distribution Center Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment is strongly preferred.
• Material Handling: Move, organize, stage, and transport merchandise using forklift equipment or by hand as needed.
• Palletizing: Identify, label, organize, and palletize merchandise according to company procedures.
• Safety Focused: Must understand and follow warehouse and forklift safety standards at all times.
• Productivity Standards: Must be able to meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
• Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.
• Attendance and Punctuality: Must maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time.
• Background Screening: Candidates must successfully complete the required background screening prior to placement.
• Forklift Assessment: Candidates must successfully complete and pass a forklift assessment before beginning the assignment.
