AI Cybersecurity Engineer

Agilent seeks an AI Cybersecurity Engineer to secure artificial intelligence adoption across the enterprise. The role involves assessing AI security risks, developing controls, and advising business and technology teams on secure AI practices and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, business, and product teams on secure AI solution development and deployment
• Conduct security assessments and risk reviews of AI platforms, models, and machine learning solutions
• Participate in threat modeling, architecture reviews, and security assessments for AI-enabled systems
• Develop security recommendations for AI data protection, model governance, and third-party risk
• Promote secure AI development practices and awareness across the organization through education initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 8+ years cybersecurity, information security, cloud security, or security engineering experience
• 3+ years supporting AI, machine learning, data science, or emerging technology initiatives
• Strong cybersecurity principles and frameworks knowledge
• Experience evaluating security risks in commercial SaaS platforms and cloud services
• Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex security and AI risks into actionable business recommendations

Compensation: $139,440-$217,875/year plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
