NCDES - QA Performance Tester- Expert

Job Summary (List Format):
- Investigate, analyze, and define underlying issues in software systems by collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.
- Develop test plans and strategies based on business, design, and functional requirements.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to execute test scenarios and validate system functionality.
- Report test results to the Release Management function for the SCUBI system and other DES applications.
- Assist with load, stress, and performance testing, including setting up monitoring, executing tests, and analyzing results.
- Coordinate and ensure all testing activities and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Verify software applications meet performance test goals and are thoroughly performance tested.
- Create and execute test cases for manual and automated testing of GUI, client/server, and web applications on multiple platforms.
- Perform data validation and execute complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Track and manage defects using tools like HP ALM, Manage Engine, and Service Now.
- Preferred experience or knowledge in state UI-Unemployment Insurance Benefits systems and SCUBI/Tax systems.
- Hybrid work environment: alternate weekly between onsite and remote work.
