Job Summary (List Format): Salesforce Solutions Expert/Architect
- Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions for the Early Education Integration System project at NCDHHS ITD.
- Bridge strategic business needs with robust and secure solution architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and technical leads.
- Shape the future of the Salesforce ecosystem by leading architectural designs and defining complex system integrations.
- Architect end-to-end solutions and guide technical strategies and execution.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, tech leads, and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into accurate, cost-effective technical architectures.
- Design and lead implementation of complex API-based integrations connecting Salesforce with external systems.
- Ensure all solutions align with data security, performance standards, backups, and restore strategies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks across the architecture.
- Advise on best practices for standard Salesforce functionality versus custom solutions for complex requirements.
- Create high-quality technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams.
- Lead code reviews, design sessions, workshops, and release planning sessions.
- Work with Agile teams on backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria refinement.
- Assist with Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline processes using appropriate release management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project integration and delivery.
- Remain hands-on as a technical expert with cross-functional leadership and a passion for continuous innovation.
