Salesforce Developer & Support Specialist

Overview: Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Salesforce Developer responsible for supporting and enhancing existing Salesforce applications.
- Perform daily administration and support of the Salesforce CRM system, including user setup, role management, security, and customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- Provide advanced user support and resolve issues with Salesforce functionality and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct data quality audits, deduplication, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support system integrations with third-party applications and platforms.
- Assist with system upgrades, release management, and implementation of new Salesforce features .
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, training guides, and support materials .
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for scalability and efficiency.
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development experience .
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality, configuration, and customization.
- Hands-on expertise with user management, security, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting .
- Experience with data management, system integration, and release management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
