• PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) experience
• Ability to operate manual and automated equipment for picking, packing, and shipping
• Ability to work at required cycle time or defined engineering standard
• Effective communication with assigned team and support teams
• Attention to quality and detail (performing checks for damage/invoice discrepancies)
  Job Responsibilities
• Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards
• Report work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard
• Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Promote interdependence by looking out for one another
• Correct hazards within your control and capabilities
• Recognize and minimize negative environmental impact of your work
• Lead HSE Training and actively engage workforce
• Follow all applicable standard work, work instructions, and established quality procedures
• Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures
• Perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices
• Identify and control non-conforming material
• Receive incoming goods; accurately sort, label/package, and store goods
• Arrange storage to optimize warehouse space
• Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship product per customer expectations
• Demonstrate high level of competency in core work skills
• Work at required cycle time or defined engineering standard
• Communicate effectively with assigned team and all support teams
• Ensure training completion in line with business requirements
• Seek ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development
• Maintain clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks
• Support planned operator care and maintenance tasks
• Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals
• Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair
