Job Description

Role Overview

· The Opportunity: Full-time, 5-day-a-week practice delivering expert care across local skilled nursing facilities.

· Compensation: Salary and Fee-for-service model yielding an estimated $233,000 to $275,000 per year with uncapped productivity bonuses.

· Onboarding: A dedicated 3-month transition program paired with a personal field mentor.

Core Duties

· Patient Care: Complete thorough physical exams and build personalized treatment plans.

· Rounding: of 15-20 patients a daya

· Collaboration: Work alongside local nurses and multidisciplinary teams.

· Documentation: Keep clear, compliant medical records.

Requirements

· Licensure: Active Michigan medical license and DEA registration.

· Background: Open to experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates.

· Mindset: High communication skills and a team-first attitude.

· US Citizen
