As our Marketing Manager , you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive member engagement, product growth, and brand awareness while supporting Summit’s mission and business objectives. What You’ll Do (Your Impact) Lead Strategic Marketing Efforts by developing and executing marketing plans that support organizational priorities and drive membership and product growth. Deliver Integrated Campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Collaborate Across Teams to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives and maximize business impact through effective partnerships. Leverage Data & Insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Strengthen the Brand by ensuring all member communications reflect Summit Credit Union’s values and enhance brand recognition and reputation. Manage Projects & Resources by overseeing campaign budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and marketing initiatives from concept through execution. Develop & Empower Teams through leadership, coaching, and strategic direction that strengthens business partnerships and delivers measurable results. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services or a related industry. Experience leading marketing campaigns and managing projects, teams, and cross-functional partnerships. Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, digital marketing, campaign measurement, and analytics. Demonstrated success developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Excellent communication, project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 10 pounds. Environmental/Working Conditions Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
