Job Description Engage with Clients: Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while handling inbound and outbound calls to discuss Florida Blue health insurance plans, ensuring every interaction is memorable. Empower Clients: Clearly explain health insurance benefits, options, and enrollment processes, helping clients feel confident in their choices. Personalize Solutions: Listen closely to understand each client’s unique needs and recommend tailored Florida Blue plans that fit their lifestyle and budget. Build Lasting Connections: Use your friendly, cooperative approach to foster trust and build strong relationships with clients. Stay Organized: Diligently track leads, follow up promptly, and keep accurate records in our CRM systems to never miss an opportunity. Stay Ahead: Stay informed on Florida Blue products, industry trends, and best practices to provide top-notch guidance. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to Florida state insurance regulations, federal guidelines, Florida Blue standards, and company policies in all sales activities. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: At least 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the health insurance industry. Licensing: Valid Florida Health & Life Insurance License required; Continuing Education (CEs) must be up to date. Exceptional verbal communication to explain complex information with ease. Natural ability to build rapport and offer personalized solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Windows and multiple CRM software systems. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve high performance. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail. Flexible and adaptive to meet client needs and feedback. Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service. Team player with a collaborative, positive mindset Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience. 1+ years of experience with ACA and Medicare plans. 1+ years of outbound dialing experience. Additional Information Work Environment Location: Join us at our vibrant office in Boca Raton, Florida. Schedule: Full-time role with flexibility for evening or weekend shifts, especially during open enrollment seasons. Tools: Equipped with state-of-the-art call center software, CRM systems, and access to Florida Blue’s comprehensive product resources and training.
