Billing Reviews,researches,resolvesandprovides answerstogeneral billinginquiries,including billing adjustments and billing corrections. Receivesandresolvesgeneral billingcomplaintsandseeksresolution. MeteringandFieldSupport Processesthemeterreading andbillinginterface,reviewsapplicablereports andinitiates action as needed.
