Job Title : Product Development Assistant Job Location: San Francisco, CA 94111 Contract : 09 Months Pay: $35 / hr on W2 Description Support the execution of all GTM calendar development activities to ensure deadlines are met Support execution of development activities: proto, commercial sample fabric and garment tracking Support the execution of all Preproduction activities. Supporting fit reviews as needed; orchestrate finish/color reviews for approval. Lead in maintaining accuracy of data into various systems to ensure the integrity of the information. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or combination of college education and related work experience Minimum 3 years of experience working in a position that required the manipulation of large amounts of data Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities Expert knowledge with PLM and MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outloo Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task; confident working in a fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes. Effective relational and organizational skills; ability to work with multiple departments and personalities. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
